I Got Nxt inc. ("we", "us", or "our") operates the IGotNxt mobile application (the "App"). a. Information You Provide Directly

• Account Information: When you register, we collect your full name, email address, and password.
• Profile Information: You may optionally upload a profile photo.
• Business Information (Owner accounts): Business name, phone number, business address, website URL, business email, and operating hours.
• Space Listings: Space name, description, capacity, pricing, tags, images, and availability details.
• Reviews and Ratings: Written reviews and star ratings (1–5) you submit for spaces.
• Booking Information: Dates, times, and spaces associated with your reservations.

b. Information Collected Automatically

• Location Data: With your permission, we collect precise GPS location (latitude and longitude) to show nearby spaces and calculate distances. You can revoke this permission at any time in your device settings.
• Device Information: Device type, operating system, and app version for debugging and compatibility purposes.
• Usage Data: App usage patterns collected automatically by Firebase Analytics (pages viewed, actions taken).

c. Photos and Media

• With your permission, we access your device camera (for QR code scanning at check-in) and photo library (for uploading profile photos and space images).
• Uploaded images are stored securely in Firebase Storage.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account
• To display nearby spaces based on your location
• To process and manage bookings
• To allow business owners to manage their listings
• To display reviews and ratings to other users
• To authenticate your identity and secure your account
• To send transactional emails (e.g. password reset, booking confirmation)
• To improve the App through usage analytics

3. Sharing of Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:

• Firebase (Google LLC): For authentication, database storage, and file storage. Firebase processes data on our behalf under Google's privacy policies.
• Google Maps: For location-based features and address services. Your location may be shared with Google to render maps.
• Google Sign-In: If you choose to sign in with Google, your Google account information is shared with Firebase for authentication.
• Other Users: Your display name, profile photo, reviews, and ratings are visible to other users of the App. Business owners can see booking details associated with their spaces.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

4. Device Permissions

The App requests the following device permissions:

• Location (Fine & Coarse): To show nearby spaces and calculate distances.
• Camera: To scan QR codes for space check-in.
• Photo Library: To upload profile photos and space images.
• Microphone: Requested by the underlying platform but not actively used for audio recording.
• Internet: Required for all core app functionality.

You can manage or revoke these permissions at any time through your device settings.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you wish to delete your account and associated data, please contact us at info.igotnxt@gmail.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

6. Data Security

We use Firebase's industry-standard security measures, including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) for all data transferred between the App and our servers. While we strive to protect your information, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

7. Children's Privacy

Our App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately at info.igotnxt@gmail.com.
